Welcome to the kAiA Arts Dallas website. By accessing or using this website and enrolling your child in our programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

About kAiA Arts Dallas

kAiA Arts Dallas is a creative, mental-health–informed nonprofit organization that provides arts-based programs for children and adolescents. Our programs are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Terms of Messaging Services:

Opt-Out Support:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time, just text “STOP” to 682-456-1707. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsusbscribed. After this, you will no longer recieve SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing us at [email protected].

Carrier Liability Clause

Carriers are not liable for delayed and undelivered messages

Message Frequency Clause:

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages once your child is a student in our program regarding class times, updates or important reminders. If you have any questions about your text or data plan it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Important notes regarding our Program:

Program Participation

Participation in kAiA Arts Dallas programs is voluntary.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.

kAiA Arts Dallas reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation if a child’s behavior poses a safety risk to themselves or others, or if program guidelines are not followed.

Not a Clinical or Therapeutic Service

While our programs are mental-health–informed and supported by trained professionals and students, kAiA Arts Dallas does not provide clinical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation should not be considered a replacement for professional mental-health care.

Registration, Deposits, and Payments

A refundable deposit may be required to reserve a child’s spot in a class or trial session.

Refund policies, payment deadlines, and trial class terms are outlined during registration and must be acknowledged prior to enrollment.

Failure to submit required payments within the stated timeframe may result in loss of the reserved spot.

Trial Classes

Trial classes are offered at the discretion of kAiA Arts Dallas and are limited to one per child unless otherwise stated.

If a child chooses not to continue after the trial session, no additional tuition will be charged, subject to the stated deposit policy.

Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

Parents and guardians agree to:

Communicate any relevant concerns or accommodations needed to support their child

Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of their child

Treat staff, volunteers, and other participants with respect

Behavior Expectations

kAiA Arts Dallas strives to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a class or program at the organization’s discretion.

Intellectual Property

All website content, program materials, logos, text, and graphics are the property of kAiA Arts Dallas unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Photography and Media

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during programs for promotional or educational purposes. Consent for media use will be obtained through registration forms. Parents may opt out by notifying us in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in programs is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, kAiA Arts Dallas is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programs or use of our website, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with others’ use.

Changes to Terms

kAiA Arts Dallas reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
